Key tasks will include troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and installing production control systems. Safety compliance and effective communication are critical for this role to drive continuous improvement in processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair production equipment issues promptly
• Utilize diagnostic tools to assess equipment functionality
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maintain performance




• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Support production teams by operating packaging equipment

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of direct experience in manufacturing
• Valid Canadian Millwright License or Electrical Ticket
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
• Availability to work full time on-site in Scarborough
• Legally authorized to work in Canada with no visa sponsorship
