Key Responsibilities:
• Lead best practice initiatives for resident care
• Manage nursing supplies to optimize use




• Oversee High Intensity Needs and palliative care programs
• Mentor and train nursing staff effectively
• Conduct care assessment and evaluation processes

Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Minimum of three years’ experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of RAI-MDS and clinical geriatric care
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• BScN preferred but not mandatory
