Responsibilities:




Lead land and site development design and analysis to meet client requirements, including sewer design, water distribution system design, grading analysis, and stormwater management design.
Write technical reports to support consulting work.
Manage Civil Engineering staff day to day.
Provide technical assistance and ensure the delivery of consistent, quality products to clients.
Offer design and constructability feedback and guidance.
Mentor and support team members.

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including Project and Team Management
Comprehensive understanding of regulations, standards, and legislation related to Land Development projects
Excellent attention to detail and independent judgment
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Team player approach to management, design, and problem-solving
Strong time management and organizational skills
