In this strategic role, you will report to the Vice President, Community Impact, and oversee CHF’s data strategy. Your focus will be on enhancing processes that turn complex data into transparent insights assisting the homeless-serving ecosystem. Collaborating with a diverse range of partners, you will reinforce data standardization practices and support evidence-informed practices through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and enhance CHF’s data warehouse architecture
• Direct efforts to unify and improve data accuracy




• Maintain privacy legislation compliance for sensitive data
• Develop effective reporting platforms for stakeholder engagement
• Lead initiatives for business intelligence and data insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Data Sciences or related area
• 5+ years in data analytics and leadership
