This position encompasses oversight of CRAs to ensure compliance with established protocols and standards. Responsibilities include managing monitoring efforts, mentoring site staff, and providing performance updates to internal teams. Additionally, you will support study startup and coordinate site management activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance and quality control across clinical sites
• Lead monitoring and operational aspects of trials
• Mentor and oversee CRAs on performance standards
• Communicate updates and information with stakeholders
• Contribute to training and development of clinical documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience for COL; 3 years for Sr. COL
• Bachelor's Degree with Honours required
• Proven leadership in clinical operations
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
