Senior Talent Partner (Sales & Skilled Services) – 6‑month contract in Canada.

Responsibilities

Work closely with senior stakeholders to hire go‑to‑market talent and sales professionals who manage complex enterprise deals, often selling directly to CFOs and finance leaders.

Build and iterate hiring processes to scale with speed and quality.

Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.

Identify and experiment with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies.

Recruit for sales & professional services roles in SaaS or enterprise tech.

Recruit in the U.S. market, collaborating with senior sales leadership in high‑growth environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales roles.

Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Solutions Sales, and Product.

Passion for technology with a solid understanding of the sales cycle.

Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.





Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Comfortable working in a quick‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Track record recruiting in the U.S. market.
