Insight Global is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join a leading Wealth Management Technology team supporting a large portfolio of business-critical applications. This role is ideal for a senior technical support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile setting, takes ownership of production systems, and enjoys partnering with both technical and business stakeholders to drive results.

The successful candidate will provide application support across a suite of enterprise applications, lead incident investigations, proactively monitor system health, and help ensure the stability and reliability of production environments. This is a highly visible role requiring solid communication skills, technical troubleshooting expertise, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar technical support function.

Demonstrated ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive issues, initiatives, and operational improvements.





Robust experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.

Solid SQL experience for troubleshooting, reporting, and data analysis.

Experience supporting Windows environments; exposure to Linux environments is an asset.

Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Dynatrace, ELK/Elastic Stack, PagerDuty, or similar platforms.

Strong incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis experience.

Experience working in Agile environments with frequent releases and continuous delivery practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience within Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services environments.

Experience with Sybase and/or DB2 databases.

Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and production stability initiatives.

Experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical applications.

Familiarity with AI-powered operational support tools and automation solutions.

Experience with architecture reviews, workflow analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
