Reporting to the controller, you will be responsible for the complete accounting of the company and related companies. You will be part of a rigorous team where precision and autonomy make the difference.

Salary : $65,000 to $75,000, depending on your profile and experience.

Maintain accounts in the accounting software;

Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations;

Manage accounts payable (entry, payments);

Manage accounts receivable (billing, collections);

Enter accounting entries and adjustments;

Process construction payrolls;

Prepare month-end and year-end documents;

Handle intercompany billing;

Manage supplier account openings and reconcile Visa cards;

Perform any other related administrative tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

DEC,



DEP or AEC in accounting or related field;

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction sector;

Minimum 3 years of construction payroll experience;

Proficiency in French and positive knowledge of English (oral and written);

Positive knowledge of MS Office Suite;

Experience with accounting software (Acomba or Sage 50, an asset).

SKILLS

Excellent priority management;

Organization, rigor and autonomy;

Knowledge of standards and regulations in the construction field;

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
