CNH is looking for a Service Technical Specialist for Agricultural Equipment. Provide expert support for complex machinery issues while working in a hybrid mode—part office, part remote.
As a key member of CNH's North American Product Technical Support team, this role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic problems over the phone and digital interfaces. You will assist dealership service technicians and field staff while collaborating with engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability and author valuable technical documents that streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer high-level remote technical support to dealers • Interpret fault codes and ECU parameters for diagnostics • Collaborate with engineering for product improvements • Create and update troubleshooting guides and documents • Document all dealer inquiries and analysis for reference
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field • 5+ years technical support experience with heavy equipment • Solid knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems • Proficient in diagnostic software and Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
