As a Highway Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include executing highway designs and supporting junior staff to achieve successful project milestones. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, to ensure project compliance and timely delivery. Upholding safety and quality standards will be central to your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver highway designs under project leadership
• Mentor junior engineers to produce MTO-compliant deliverables
• Coordinate workshops with regulatory bodies and utility operators
• Maintain adherence to quality assurance protocols

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and P. Eng status in Ontario
• Minimum 5 years of MTO project experience
• Expertise in MTO design guidelines
• Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering software
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
