You will take ownership of advising on claims, disputes, and negotiations while collaborating with various stakeholders to protect the organization’s interests. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will play a crucial role in effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on complex contractual negotiations
• Direct oversight of dispute resolution processes
• Provide impactful strategic legal advice
• Draft and review a variety of contracts
• Identify and assess legal risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and LL.B. or J.D. required
• 2+ years in infrastructure-related law
• Law Society of Ontario membership mandatory
• Robust background in claims negotiation preferred
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
