Key Responsibilities:
• Develop models for NRZ and PAM4 transceivers
• Run system simulations to validate designs effectively




• Design algorithms to enhance transceiver adaptability
• Provide expert troubleshooting and support to clients
• Contribute to lab testing and robust design validation
Requirements:
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink modeling
• Expertise in high-speed CMOS circuit design
• Familiarity with wireline and optical communication protocols
• Hands-on experience in high-speed testing
