As an Experiences Ambassador, you'll be at the forefront of guest interactions, providing information about amenities, facilitating recreational activities, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Your creativity and enthusiasm will help shape the leisure experience, from organizing games to overseeing pool maintenance, under the guidance of the Experiences Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and manage check-in procedures
• Communicate available activities and amenities to guests
• Set up and host various recreational activities daily




• Ensure cleanliness and organization in recreation areas
• Monitor and maintain pool quality
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Strong verbal communication and detail-oriented mindset
• Must be flexible with hours, including weekends
• Ability to move and handle up to 25 pounds
• Previous recreation or child interaction experience is a plus
