Assured Automotive is seeking a Parts Coordinator to streamline parts management within our busy collision service operations in Canada. This pivotal role ensures productivity and quality in every repair.
In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of parts, from ordering to dispatching and returns. Your expertise in parts systems and solid organizational skills will enhance efficiency and accuracy throughout operations. You will also communicate price changes effectively and uphold a clean work environment in the parts area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee parts lifecycle, including orders and returns
• Enter invoices into the company Information System
• Maintain organized and labeled inventory
• Ensure timely communication of price changes
• Keep the parts area clean and efficient
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 1-3 years of automotive parts experience is preferred
• Experience with Car-part or APU is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
