You will play a crucial part in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee delivery of resident care services
• Maintain skilled standards and collaborative decision-making
• Lead multi-site strategic planning and quality improvement
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices
• Participate in fiscal and strategic planning for the facility
Requirements:
• Registered nurse with current Alberta license
• Experience in long-term care with Gerontological Nursing Certificate
• Minimum 1-2 years in leadership or charge nurse role
• Knowledge of RAI 2.0 and Quality Indicators
• Mental health experience preferred
