Dive into product innovation with Arc'teryx as an Entry-Level Design Developer. Collaborate on creative solutions for high-performance outdoor garments while ensuring sustainable design practices.
In this role, you will support the Women's Hike design team in creating unique product solutions across various garment types. Your responsibilities include patterning, sewing prototypes, and contributing to documentation for bulk production. Work alongside Designers and Product Developers to meet Arc'teryx's design ideals while exploring material suitability for creative construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop garment prototypes ensuring design intent and philosophy
• Contribute to sewing resolved garments for production
• Collaborate on new concepts and construction techniques




• Build prototypes for testing and validation
• Support seasonal projects with pattern makers and developers
Requirements:
• 1+ years’ experience in technical design, ideally apparel
• Degree in Fashion Design or similar
• Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong sewing and pattern making skills
• Adaptability and proactive problem-solving approach
