About the Role:
As a CNC Machinist , you will operate and program HAAS CNC Multi-Axis machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency. Your role will involve machine setup, troubleshooting, and collaborating with a team to maintain top-tier manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Read, edit, and modify machining programs as needed
- Perform machine setups and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Utilize precision measuring tools to verify accuracy
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply machining techniques
- Work with jigs and holding fixture designs to optimize operations
- Maintain compliance with industry safety and quality standards
- Ensure clear communication with managers and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Machinist Certificate or Diploma (required)
- Fit-For-Duty: Must be able to drug and fitness screening, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Shop or Manufacturing Industries
- Familiarity with HAAS CNC Multi-Axis operations
- Strong mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
- Good hand-working skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Competence in math for technical calculations
- Mature attitude toward learning and qualified responsibilities
