Job Duties

- Prepare and cook entire meals or individual dishes and foods
- Supervise and monitor kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure kitchen and food prep area clean and sanitized
- Decide the size of food portions and estimate food requirements and costs
- Order and monitor kitchen supplies

Job Requirements

- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
