Support operations at NCR Voyix as a Distribution Centre Technical Specialist in Calgary, Alberta. This on-site role focuses on warehouse systems, providing critical support from 8pm to 6am, Friday to Monday.
In this position, you will maintain the Warehouse Management System and assist with network equipment and device management. You will also participate in system upgrades and test recent software and hardware solutions. Interaction with NCR Voyix technicians will help ensure productivity within the distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily label processing tasks efficiently
• Assist with hardware and software system upgrades
• Conduct testing and implementation of new systems
• Provide L1 and L2 support to team members
• Prepare documentation and reports for usage
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent certification
• 2+ years' experience in technical support for workstations
• Ability to work required night shifts
• Willingness to travel to other local DCs
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
