• Address maintenance requests within 72 hours
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance services
• Conduct vacant suite maintenance and touch-ups
• Manage general building upkeep and common areas
• Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with the Customer Care Team
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years maintenance service experience
• 3 years renovation experience is an asset
