With 3–7 years of relevant experience, you'll take ownership of EIC design deliverables, covering everything from power distribution layouts to control systems interfacing. Your role will involve collaborating with various engineering disciplines, ensuring that all designs are aligned for successful project execution. You'll contribute to delivering detailed, high-quality design packages while navigating the complexities of the Canadian Electrical Code.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed electrical load lists and device documentation
• Generate design calculations and project-specific layouts
• Collaborate on AutoCAD designs and 3D models
• Identify and resolve design conflicts early in the process
• Participate in internal design reviews for quality assurance
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of project experience in EIC designs
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with 3D capability favored
• Robust understanding of control systems and electrical codes
• Capability to oversee multiple projects without losing detail
