In this senior role, you will deliver critical training for 9000+ Paramedics and other involved agencies, focusing on both technical and non-technical skills. Develop comprehensive training plans, oversee the creation of instructional materials, and ensure seamless integration of EHPMDB processes into training programs. Your leadership will guide training delivery that meets the unique needs of each CACC.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hands-on training and demonstrations
• Evaluate training effectiveness and participant performance
• Document training strategies and delivery timelines




• Collaborate with healthcare officials in material quality assurance
• Lead and supervise the training team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
• 5+ years in training roles, especially in public sector
• Proven track record in creating instructional content
• Familiarity with PSRN-specific methodologies
• Class G driver’s license with readiness to travel
• Background in emergency health services is beneficial
