Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee updating of maintenance documentation
• Define and implement asset maintenance standards
• Conduct failure analysis and implement solutions




• Evaluate maintenance processes to enhance performance

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a Maintenance Reliability role
• 5 years experience in a steel manufacturing setting
• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Skilled in interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings
• Familiar with safety protocols in manufacturing
