In this role, you will manage daily operations, drive performance, and support team development. Key Responsibilities:
• Align store performance with corporate objectives
• Manage store operations, including shrink and payroll
• Create a welcoming shopping experience with effective merchandising
• Train and coach your team consistently
• Collaborate with Store Manager for effective coordination
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of supervisory experience in retail
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Robust multitasking capabilities
• Available to work evenings and weekends
