Molisana Imports seeks an Accounts Receivable Deduction Specialist to manage deductions in North York, ON. This full time role focuses on resolving customer disputes and optimizing accounts receivable processes.
The role requires at least three years of experience specifically in Accounts Receivable Deduction within the CPG or food distribution sectors. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving chargebacks, short payments, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with Sales and Logistics teams is essential to identify and rectify deduction issues for major supermarket chains and e-commerce accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve customer deductions and disputes • Manage and recover outstanding deduction claims • Reconcile customer accounts accurately • Prepare reports on outstanding deductions • Recommend process improvements for efficiency
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable • Experience in food distribution or CPG industry • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems • Solid analytical and communication skills • Education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
