As a Clinical Lead, you will be instrumental in guiding our nursing team while managing resident assessments and care planning. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality person-centered nursing care

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an approved institution
• Current registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Certified in CPR Level C and First Aid Level 2
• At least 1 year experience in geriatric or complex care
• Solid communication and leadership abilities
