Our client is a well-established real estate developer seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounting Administrator to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general bookkeeping, and payroll support, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a energetic workplace.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Administrator is as follows but not limited to:

Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments.

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Process payroll and related remittances.

Assist with cash management, financial reporting, and audit support.

Handle occasional accounts receivable and administrative accounting tasks as required. Support with ad hoc projects and other related duties.





Experience with Accounts Receivable.

Experience with QuickBooks is an asset.

3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting administration experience.

Solid knowledge of accounts payable, bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, and GST/HST filings.

and Microsoft Excel.

Real estate, construction, development, or property management experience is an asset.
