Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments with evidence-based protocols
• Safely administer medications and manage wound care
• Utilize motivational interviewing to help clients set recovery goals
• Take on Charge Nurse duties after 3:30 PM
• Engage in continuous professional development programs
Requirements:
• Must be an RN in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification (B.C.L.S.) required
• Experience in mental health and addictions preferred
• Capable communicator across interdisciplinary teams
