As a Plant Operator, you will work collaboratively in a safety-sensitive environment, ensuring effective operation of facility equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience and be knowledgeable in safety protocols and operational improvements. You’ll mentor current staff while optimizing equipment performance to meet production guidelines through diligent monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and troubleshoot facility equipment
• Conduct sampling and testing for condition monitoring
• Complete electronic logs of operational actions




• Provide training and assessments to recent operators
• Assist maintenance scheduling and follow safety protocols
Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Minimum of 2 years operating experience
• Required: Fourth-Class Power Engineering Certificate
• Preferred: Third-Class Power Engineering Certificate
• Potential need for a clean driver’s abstract
