Leveraging three years of related experience, you will coordinate recruitment and training initiatives while managing employee relations for agency associates. Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with operations and agency associates effectively
• Oversee communication and support for team associates
• Review candidate resumes and manage interview processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
