Position Overview

As the Senior Sales Representative, you will oversee sales operations from the area of Canada. Your primary focus will be to drive growth among PVC window fabricators in the region and explore current market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities to expand market presence.
Build and maintain solid relationships with PVC window fabricators.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Manage the sales budget effectively.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.




Proven experience in sales management in the PVC windows or Aluminium industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in market analysis and performance metrics.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
