At Jack Morton , we bring brands to life through immersive events, trade shows, and experiential marketing. We're looking for a Graphic Production Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality graphics and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

What You'll Do
As a Graphic Production Technician, you'll be responsible for the finishing, production, and installation of vinyl and large-format digital graphics,
ensuring every project meets Jack Morton's high standards for quality and delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Produce, finish, and install vinyl graphics.
- Laminate large-format digital print products.
- Weed, mask, trim, and prepare graphics for installation.
- Inspect finished products to ensure exceptional quality and accuracy.
Monitor production schedules to ensure graphics are completed on time for shipping or installation.
- Maintain inventory of production materials and promote efficient material usage.
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and identify equipment improvement opportunities.
- Assist with graphic installations as needed.
- Support teammates by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
(li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes, quality, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with large-format graphic production, sign making, or print finishing.
- Knowledge of laminating, vinyl application, weeding, and graphic installation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven production setting.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-format printing and finishing equipment.
- Familiarity with exhibit, display, or trade show graphics is a plus.
- Understanding of shop safety and production best practices.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in graphic production, print finishing, sign manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
