This full‑time, permanent opportunity is ideal for hands‑on operators with experience in grain facilities, grain terminals, pulse processing, or similar agricultural processing environments.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor conveyors, elevators, dryers, cleaners, and other processing equipment
- Adjust grain flow to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Receive raw materials and complete required documentation
- Load finished product onto trucks or railcars
- Unload and safely store incoming materials
- Perform quality checks to ensure product cleanliness and consistency
- Maintain production, inventory,



and maintenance records
- Complete daily production logs and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

- Experience in a grain facility, grain elevator, pulse processing plant, terminal, or similar agricultural processing setting required
- Experience operating industrial production equipment
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures, complete documentation, and work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations within grain or agricultural processing
- Technical aptitude with machinery, equipment, and computer‑based reporting systems
- Forklift, skid steer, or loader experience is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills strongly preferred
