As a Delivery and Installation Specialist at Aaron's, you will be pivotal in connecting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This role involves loading, securing, and delivering merchandise, as well as assisting in-store tasks. You’ll also be responsible for safely operating a delivery vehicle, showcasing electronics, and helping customers understand their purchases. Diverse daily tasks will keep your work refreshing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and secure merchandise for transport
• Install and demonstrate electronics to customers
• Safely operate the delivery vehicle at all times
• Assist in-store operations as needed
Requirements:
• Solid communication skills and desire to assist customers
• Knowledge of electronics and ability to lift heavy items
• Valid driver’s license, age 21 or older (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
