We're looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher under the guidance of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You will support classroom operations, ensure the safety and well-being of children, and build positive relationships with families. Your role involves creating engaging learning experiences that cater to children’s developmental needs, including those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Greet children and families to establish welcoming relationships




• Recognize and respond to individual learning needs
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
Requirements:
• Background in early childhood education preferred
• Previous experience in early childhood or group care setting
• Must meet state licensing qualifications
• Ability to follow safety and supervision procedures
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
