As a mentor, you will facilitate discussions and activities that encourage empowerment and healthy living. Mentors are essential in creating a safe environment for open communication, ensuring each participant feels valued and included.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate discussions promoting leadership and self-awareness
• Guide participants through creative and physical activities
• Foster a supportive setting for open communication
• Build trusting relationships with young girls
• Provide assistance using shared resources and curriculum
Requirements:
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Comfortable commuting to Brantford location
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience in group facilitation is a plus
