Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Program Assistant II, General, based in London. Reporting to the Supervisor, Hearing Healthcare Administration, the Program Assistant II, General is responsible for assisting the region by providing reception, administrative, and program support.
This is a permanent, full-time onsite position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in Office or Business Administration, along with 2-3 years’ related experience, preferably in a Hearing Healthcare setting and/or medical office. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet, and database applications, as well as intermediate accounting skills, is required as well.
We are also looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with solid organizational and interpersonal skills. A sense of urgency is required, as well as the ability to handle a pressurized environment and manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines.
