Thales is in search of a NEM Liaison and Service Delivery Team Lead to ensure robust communication and proactive deficiency management. In this role, you will directly liaise with stakeholders to ensure the legitimacy of deficiency reports and appropriate prioritization of repairs. Your performance will be vital for maintaining the AOPV and JSS Fleet schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with RCN regarding deficiency legitimacy
• Report on the status of operational deficiencies
• Encourage a cooperative workplace embracing Relational Contracting




• Arrange and lead progress meetings with stakeholders
• Manage technical program for AOPVs and JSSs
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in RCN maintenance
• Comprehensive understanding of deficiency methodologies
• Defence sector experience within the last 5 years
• 2 years of liaison experience preferred
• Engineering degree desirable
