Enhance policing initiatives as an Advisor for Community Safety Programs, focusing on data integrity and stakeholder relations. Contribute to culturally informed policing practices.
In this role, you'll support community safety and policing by coordinating the collection and analysis of program data while engaging key stakeholders. Reporting to the Director of Community Safety & Policing, your work ensures that all reporting meets the requirements of First Nations governance. Through data interpretation and trend analysis, you'll inform strategic planning and enhance community safety measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and analyze qualitative and quantitative safety data
• Create reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership




• Ensure data confidentiality and cultural relevance
• Track reporting obligations linked to funding agreements
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations and engagement sessions
Requirements:
• Degree in Indigenous Studies or related area
• Experience in community safety and data analytics
• Familiarity with Indigenous community practices
• Proficiency in tools like Excel and BI platforms
• Robust written, verbal, and analytical skills
