RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and implement application‑based technical solutions using a variety of tools, platforms, and methodologies.
Provide expert‑level proficiency across multiple tech stacks.
Make practical decisions focused on solving problems and delivering business value.
Coach, mentor, and lead the development team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary client services teams and manage time across multiple projects in a results‑driven environment.
Adapt to shifting priorities productively while maintaining a client‑services focus.
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of industry experience building large‑scale technical solutions.
Deep understanding of solution design, architecture, system design, data analysis and management, and cloud platforms.
Proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and high‑performing code in an enterprise environment.
Experience with AI tools to deliver efficient and streamlined solutions.
Comfort working directly with client stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical leaders.
Prior experience in a consulting services environment.
Team-oriented teamwork and strong communication skills.
Ability to work in an office environment in Calgary as required.
