Job Description

As a senior director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications, operating systems, and databases according to provided design specifications. You will build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
Interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met.
Influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.
Demonstrate leadership and people management skills.
Apply solid communication and analytical skills and a thorough understanding of product development.

Basic Qualifications
7+ years of management experience in enterprise software, with management of managers.




10+ years of experience with application development, with 2+ years in large scale distributed applications / web services.
Proficient at programming in Java and Python.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior development experience with Metering service in Cloud or experience with Data Pipelines.
Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or related fields.
