CFG members handle development, architecture, product, and direct customer interaction: translating customer needs into the product, building recent features, and resolving pressing technical issues. The role needs a robust backend builder who can also take a holistic, product-and-customer view, with a focus on infrastructure, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Must‑Have Skills
Backend architecture — microservices, API design, and design patterns (deep understanding)
Node.js / TypeScript proficiency (or other relevant backend languages)
SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience scaling systems for high-volume data processing
Cloud platforms (AWS,



Azure, or GCP) and their services — serverless computing, managed databases
5+ years of backend development, with a robust focus on customer‑centric products
Proven problem‑solving with a track record of performant, scalable solutions
