Serve as a Technical Specialist in Quality Assurance at Hitachi Rail, located in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid role will focus on ensuring high-quality deliverables for critical safety systems.
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and compliance with quality requirements in CBTC solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform compliance assessments for project requirements
• Develop and implement Quality Plans
• Conduct internal and external audits
• Manage findings from quality audits and inspections
• Prepare management reports on quality performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering or similar field
• 10+ years in QA or Engineering roles
• Solid grasp of Quality Management Systems and practices
• Experience in conducting multi-disciplinary investigations
• Proficiency in English; written French is a plus
