Key Responsibilities:
• Greet arriving guests and open car doors
• Assist with unloading luggage from vehicles
• Manage luggage delivery to guest accommodations




• Participate in valet operations and driving duties
• Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience is a must
• Preferred experience in hotel guest service environments
• Robust command of the English language
• Hold a Class 5 BC Driver's license
• Capacity to handle physical lifting over 20 pounds
