CleanRiver Recycling Solutions is growing and looking for a driven, confident, solutions-focused Account Executive to own the Property/Retail vertical and drive new revenue. If you love developing recent business, building long-term customer relationships, and helping organizations solve real sustainability problems—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Own a Property/Retail vertical and grow revenue with both new and existing customers
Run a full-cycle B2B sales process from cold to close
Build a strong pipeline through warm leads, cold outreach, and marketing campaigns
Deliver compelling discovery calls, presentations, and Zoom demos
Develop annual sales plans and hit weekly/monthly KPIs
Track all activity in Salesforce and leverage it to drive efficiency
Partner closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, and leadership
Attend industry tradeshows and pursue large-scale RFP opportunities
Strategically penetrate high‑value accounts

What You Bring
3–6 years of successful B2B sales experience
Track record of growing revenue with both new and existing clients
Robust discovery,



presentation, and closing skills
Hunter mindset with the ability to farm key accounts
Experience selling to public and private organizations
Confident presenting at the C‑suite level
Solid communication skills and relationship‑building ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus
Interest in sustainability is an asset
Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. (approx. 15%)
