• Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory frameworks • Draft and review high-stakes contracts and agreements • Provide legal guidance on blockchain transactions and compliance • Address consumer protection and data privacy risks • Manage internal corporate governance and IP protections

Requirements: • JD with active bar membership and 5+ years of practice • Proven experience in crypto and decentralized frameworks • Familiarity with influencer marketing laws and guidelines • Ability to provide actionable legal and business insights • Experience with international legal considerations is a plus
