Responsibilities:
Analyze, develop, implement, and troubleshoot within the Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services domain.
Deploy and configure Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA.
Provide expert‑level support for ZIA and ZPA, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Monitor performance of Zscaler services to ensure optimal operation.
Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.
Support operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management.
Support the lifecycle of network security projects, including current builds and upgrades.
Collaborate with network engineers,
security architects, and cloud teams.
Perform planned configuration changes to Zscaler platforms and firewalls.
Identify network issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provide quality documentation and deliver presentations on network issues and troubleshooting techniques.
