The PSFDH seeks an experienced Obstetrician Gynecologist to support its busy community practice. You will be part of a team providing a range of services, including low-risk obstetrical care and advanced surgical techniques. The facility features a level 1 unit with dedicated anesthesia and newborn care available every hour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a busy obstetrical and gynecological practice
• Conduct surgeries using laparoscopic and traditional methods
• Share on-call responsibilities among three physicians
• Support over 250 annual deliveries in a well-equipped unit
• Coordinate patient care with nursing and anesthesia staff
Requirements:
• Certification with Ontario’s College of Physicians and Surgeons
• Required FRCSC in Obstetrics-Gynecology
• Must relocate within 30 minutes of the hospital
