As a key player, you'll aid managers in recognizing and addressing performance issues, implementing Lean strategies, and managing improvement projects. You'll also facilitate workshops, train team members, and maintain continuous improvement standards, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for Lean culture deployment

Requirements:
