• Translate business needs into structured talent solutions
• Capture and apply lessons learned from program pilot phases
• Define and support role-based succession planning
• Develop training resources to guide team members
Requirements:
• Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or similar
• 7+ years of progressive talent management experience
• Experience in launching enterprise-level talent programs
• Robust facilitator of talent assessment sessions
• Comfortable working with HRIS and analytical tools
